Parenting Coordination (previously referred to as Facilitator)
High conflict families are usually in need of a parent coordinator to manage ongoing issues between them. The process includes parent education, mediation, and in some instances, counselling to reduce the level of stress and conflict within the family. The parent coordinator gives effect to the co-parenting agreement and ensures that timely decisions about a child are made when parents disagree. The aim is to help parents resolve their disagreement without involving the legal system.
