Work Performance Assessments

Employers and employees may both benefit from a work performance assessment regarding the capacity to efficiently fulfil the requirements of a particular job.  The assessment identifies factors (personality, psychosocial, and neurocognitive functioning) that may have a detrimental impact on job performance. The report will provide the employer and employee with insight and advice of how to deal with these circumstances.
